Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing/communications experience, including team leadership.
  • Proven success in strategic planning, digital marketing, and brand management.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience managing teams, budgets, and multi-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the marketing team, driving strategy and execution across all channels.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans that promote our mission, programs, and outcomes.
  • Oversee brand management, national and local campaigns, digital platforms, and external web presence.
  • Partner with executive leadership and stakeholders to share compelling stories and measurable impact.
  • Manage budgets, evaluate performance metrics, and optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Provide strategic insights, reporting, and presentations to senior leadership.
