Elements Financial is seeking a Vice President of Marketing & Brand Strategy to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing, brand, communications, and member engagement strategies. The position involves leading enterprise brand strategy, overseeing various marketing channels, directing market research, guiding agency relationships, and acting as the marketing subject matter expert for executive leadership. A strong understanding of the credit union's functional areas and financial drivers is essential for making strategic decisions. The role also focuses on developing member-centric strategies for engagement and retention, leading lifecycle marketing, ensuring consistent brand experiences, and partnering on organizational culture initiatives. Additionally, the Vice President will drive business growth through partnerships with Business Development, supporting specific financial services like Private Client and Wealth Management, leading acquisition efforts for expansion, and developing youth engagement strategies. Leveraging analytics, CRM, and automation to enhance marketing performance is key.
