Requirements
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience in home services or construction is a major plus
- A strategic mind that naturally thinks in terms of scaling, growth, and long‑term success
- Proven experience in face‑to‑face marketing, events, and lead generation
- Strong working knowledge of marketing principles and best‑practice strategy
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
- Driven, competitive, results‑focused, and fired up to lead a high‑performing team
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that fuel high‑quality lead generation
- Lead, build, and inspire our entire marketing department, managing the budget and developing an unstoppable team
- Execute face‑to‑face marketing programs, events, shows, canvassing, and outbound call center initiatives
- Conduct deep market research and analyze campaign performance to continuously optimize results
- Collaborate closely with sales and operations to ensure marketing directly drives revenue growth
- Scale marketing to match the vision of a company twice our current size, paving the way for explosive expansion
