Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably within technology and SaaS industries
  • Hands-on marketing leader with the ability and willingness to execute campaigns, create content, manage marketing systems, analyze performance metrics, and support business development activities as needed
  • Knowledge of and hands-on experience with the new generation of AI based tools
  • Experience organizing User Conferences
  • Proven track record of building and scaling marketing and BDR functions in high-growth environments
  • Demonstrated success in driving measurable pipeline growth and achieving revenue impact through marketing and BDR alignment
  • Strong experience in digital marketing, demand generation, brand development, and content strategy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, comfortable with data-driven decision making
  • Experience working in global markets and coordinating multi-geography campaigns
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Technical testing may be required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the strategic marketing plan to support overall business goals, product launches, and market expansion
  • Lead brand management, positioning, messaging, and corporate communications
  • Plan and execute User Conferences to deepen engagement with existing customers, drive cross-sell opportunities, and connect new prospects to our existing customer base
  • Direct the Digital Marketing, Event Marketing and BDR/Growth Marketing functions, ensuring alignment with company strategy, sales and pipeline strategy, and revenue targets.
  • Own marketing-sourced pipeline contribution, BDR performance, lead generation, and growth KPIs, reporting progress to executive leadership.
  • Oversee content marketing, digital / performance marketing, public relations, and event marketing
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and analytics teams to ensure marketing aligns with product roadmaps and business objectives
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team consisting of Digital Marketing, Event Marketing,and BDR/Growth Marketing resources, establishing KPIs and monitoring performance.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform campaigns
  • Oversee marketing budget, resource allocation, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and marketing collateral across all channels and markets
