The Vice President of Enterprise Learning and Leadership Development is responsible for the strategic design, alignment, and execution of enterprise-wide training, leadership development, and organizational capability initiatives at West Shore Home. This role involves establishing and leading comprehensive strategies for training and leadership development, overseeing the operations of training centers, designing and delivering various training programs, and measuring their effectiveness. The position also focuses on strengthening succession planning and internal talent mobility, ensuring effective training delivery across different modalities, and managing the company's Learning Management System (LMS).
