The Vice President of Enterprise Learning and Leadership Development is responsible for the strategic design, alignment, and execution of enterprise-wide training, leadership development, and organizational capability initiatives at West Shore Home. This role involves establishing and leading comprehensive strategies for training and leadership development, aligning them with the company's growth plans, operational priorities, and customer experience standards. The position also oversees the strategic operation of training centers, the design and delivery of various training programs, and the development of scalable leadership programs tailored to different leadership levels. A key aspect of this role is strengthening succession planning, leadership bench strength, and internal talent mobility in partnership with executive leadership and HR. The VP will also establish standards for training delivery, ensure content comprehension and application, and implement assessments for validation. Furthermore, this role owns the strategy, governance, and utilization of the company's Learning Management System (LMS) and is accountable for measuring leadership effectiveness, internal promotion readiness, succession health, and overall training effectiveness through KPIs.
