This role involves establishing and leading comprehensive strategies for training, leadership development, and organizational capability, ensuring alignment with the company's growth plans, operational priorities, and customer experience standards. The position also oversees the operation of training centers, the design and delivery of various training programs, and the utilization of the company's Learning Management System (LMS).
