The Vice President of Enterprise Learning and Leadership Development is responsible for the strategic design, alignment, and execution of enterprise-wide training, leadership development, and organizational capability initiatives at West Shore Home. This role establishes and leads comprehensive enterprise training and leadership development strategies aligned with the company’s growth plans, operational priorities, and customer experience standards. The position also oversees the design and delivery of various training programs, manages the company's Learning Management System (LMS), and measures the effectiveness of leadership and training initiatives.
