Vice President of Key Account Acquisitions
About The Position
Unison is a leading telecom and renewables infrastructure investment firm founded in 2003 that has successfully invested more than $2 billion in acquiring assets in the U.S. and Europe. Since 2021, we have been in partnership with Ardian, the global investment house with over $150 billion in assets under management. Unison continues to expand rapidly and is looking for talented, entrepreneurial people to grow with us. The Vice President of Key Account Acquisitions will own and manage their personal origination pipeline from initial engagement through executed closing. This role serves as the primary advisor to prospective clients, building relationships and guiding them through the ground lease buyout process. The successful candidate will evaluate opportunities, structure preliminary terms directly with property owners, and maintain disciplined pipeline management to achieve origination targets. This position also contributes to strategic initiatives and product innovation, and requires the development of deep expertise in the telecommunications and infrastructure investment industries.

Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required or 4+ years of work experience in business to consumer (B2C) sales.
- Natural sales talent with strong business acumen.
- Exceptional negotiation skills.
- Experience negotiating transactions from sourcing through close.
- Familiarity with real estate closing processes.
- Familiarity with finance concepts such as IRR and NPV.
- Experience originating or developing within renewable energy, commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, land acquisition, mineral rights acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage your personal origination pipeline using curated data from initial engagement through executed closing.
- Serve as the primary advisor to prospective clients, building relationships and guiding them through the ground lease buyout process.
- Evaluate opportunities and structure preliminary terms directly with property owners.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management to achieve defined monthly, quarterly, and annual origination targets.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and product innovation to strengthen our competitive position.
- Develop deep expertise in the telecommunications and infrastructure investment industries.
