About The Position
LGI Homes is seeking a VP of Land Acquisitions in the Raleigh area. We are seeking land acquisitions professionals who are self-motivated and eager to dive in to the LGI Homes system and culture.
Requirements
- At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in the homebuilding industry.
- A valid driver's license is required.
Nice To Haves
- A Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the acquisition of residential lots and land in our Raleigh and Wilmington markets.
- Negotiate and execute all contracts for land acquisitions.
- Underwrite all acquisitions the LGI way.
- Manage all potential acquisition budgets and costs.
- Recruit, train and manage additional staff as needed.
