We are in search of a VP, Account Management. As VP, Account Management, you will play a critical leadership role in building and scaling Simplistic's Account Management function. This role sits at the intersection of client relationships, delivery, and commercial growth—ensuring our clients receive exceptional service while identifying opportunities to expand partnerships and drive long-term revenue growth. You will lead and develop a team of Account Directors, establish the systems and processes that support consistent account management, and serve as a senior strategic partner across Simplistic's most important client relationships. This role requires strong commercial acumen, leadership, operational thinking, and the ability to translate client needs into meaningful business outcomes. About Simplistic: We are an eCommerce design, development, and optimization agency for D2C brands on the Shopify/Shopify Plus platform. As one of the founding Shopify Plus partners, we pride ourselves on being forward thinkers and experts in all things Shopify.
