As we continue scaling from 150 to 200+ employees, we are committed to growing with intention while preserving the culture, accountability, grit, and ownership mindset that define who we are. This is not a traditional HR leadership role. We are seeking a trusted leader, strategic operator, and systems builder who can inspire and develop field leaders across our Southwestern culture, connect authentically with both our English- and Spanish-speaking teams, and help build the people systems that support sustainable growth. The right leader will partner closely with executive leadership to strengthen recruiting, talent development, and organizational infrastructure while fostering an environment where employee-owners feel valued, empowered, and connected to a shared purpose.
