North Shore Community Health (NSCH) is seeking a passionate Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) to lead its HR function. This role reports directly to the President & Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the strategic direction, planning, and execution of NSCH's Human Resources. Key areas include Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, Organizational Development and Training, HR Operations, and Regulatory Compliance. As a key member of the Leadership Team, the VP of HR will serve as a strategic advisor and business partner, playing a critical role in developing and implementing NSCH's strategic priorities, including its commitment to becoming an anti-racist and inclusive workplace. This executive leadership role requires both high-level strategic thinking and hands-on management. The VP of HR will collaborate with HR staff to align HR operations with NSCH's mission, values, and long-term goals. The position is central to fostering a human-centered and patient-centered organizational culture, positioning NSCH as an employer of choice, ensuring staff engagement, and attracting and retaining top talent for high-quality community care.
