About The Position

Two Six Technologies is seeking a Vice President of Growth for the Intelligence Community. This role serves as the executive leader for growth within the Intelligence Community, responsible for achieving portfolio bookings, revenue, pipeline, and customer growth objectives. The position involves leading a team of Strategic Account Executives (SAEs), establishing growth strategy across the portfolio, and ensuring disciplined execution of the Two Six Growth operating model. The Growth VP will balance strategic leadership with operational execution by coaching account teams, engaging executive customer leadership, shaping high-value opportunities, and aligning resources across Growth, Capability Units, Engineering, Product, Capture, and Program Delivery. The Growth VP is responsible for building a predictable growth engine while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and customer success.

Requirements

15+ years of Intelligence, Defense or Government growth leadership
10+ years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community
Proven success leading high-performing sales or growth organizations
Demonstrated ability to achieve bookings and revenue growth across complex portfolios
Experience managing strategic customer relationships at the executive level
Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes (FAR, DFARS, OTA, SBIR, etc.)
Experience leading large, matrixed organizations
Demonstrated success leading strategic captures exceeding $25M
Strong executive communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Knowledge of AI, Cyber, Information Operations, Mission Software, Autonomous Systems, or related national security technologies
Active Secret level (TS/SCI preferred) security clearance
