About The Position

This executive role is accountable for building, standardizing, and elevating Service and Parts performance across 25 FFUN locations, with a clear mandate to drive profitability, consistency, and exceptional guest experiences. The Vice President of Fixed Operations owns enterprise‑wide fixed operations results and plays a key role in strengthening FFUN’s performance culture. We’re looking for a proven fixed operations leader with the expertise, track record, and competitive drive to deliver results—and raise the bar across the organization. Requirements

  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in automotive dealership Service & Parts
  • A demonstrated track record of improving profitability, CSI, and operational consistency
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to turn data into decisive action
  • An inspiring leader who develops people, builds trust, and creates high‑performing teams
  • Willingness to travel regularly across FFUN locations (valid driver’s license required)

Responsibilities

  • Set the performance bar by establishing clear, meaningful KPIs and leading the systems, processes, and programs that drive growth across all locations
  • Own fixed operations performance enterprise‑wide, including gross profit, CSI, absorption, productivity, and inventory health
  • Design and deploy a standardized fixed operations playbook that aligns every rooftop to FFUN performance standards and brand experience
  • Identify performance gaps and lead focused execution plans that improve consistency, profitability, and results
  • Partner closely with dealership and executive leadership to align fixed operations strategy with group‑wide goals
  • Build deep bench strength with team through coaching, training, engagement, and succession planning at every level
  • Bring fresh thinking and innovation to marketing, service merchandising, and guest experience initiatives
  • Lead OEM relationships, ensuring alignment with manufacturer programs, standards, and performance expectations
  • Successfully lead the onboarding and integration of newly acquired dealerships, setting them up for immediate success in Service & Parts
