About The Position
At Dynamic Energy, we’re on a mission to decarbonize the grid by bringing more distributed renewable energy online across the U.S. We develop, finance, and build large-scale commercial and community solar, energy storage, and EV charging projects for our customers and partners, providing them with financial guidance, technical expertise, and tenacity to bring these essential projects online. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field
- 8–12 years EPC experience with renewable energy projects
- 4+ years leadership experience
- Strong expertise in project delivery, cost control, and subcontractor coordination
- Knowledge of BESS, EV infrastructure, and solar construction
Responsibilities
- Leads execution of EPC activities, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Translates strategy into execution while aligning cross-functional teams and driving operational discipline.
- Lead EPC project execution across solar, EV, and energy storage projects
- Provide leadership and mentorship across project and construction teams
- Drive operational processes and execution consistency
- Coordinate stakeholders and escalate risks
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
