About The Position

The Vice President of Development and Construction is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development, and execution of all new restaurant projects and remodels. This person will lead the entire construction process, from site selection and design to the build-out and closeout of projects. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully managing multi-unit restaurant development, strong negotiation and project management skills, and can lead a team to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in restaurant or retail development and construction.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven expertise in managing multi-unit new construction and renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of all phases of the development process, including site selection, design, permitting, and construction.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree is a plus.
