About The Position

Morgan Stanley Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Vice President, Lead Software Engineer in Alpharetta, GA to deliver a robust, loosely coupled stack of run-time API / Microservices to facilitate common Wealth Management business processes across multiple channels. This role involves designing and developing foundational business services and components across all Wealth Management computer systems. The engineer will develop API models, adhering to industry best practices and SOAP/REST/ Microservices design paradigms, and build cloud-ready interfaces to support CI/CD across multiple channel consumers. Experience with API security standards and implementation is also required. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days per week.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field of study.
Requires five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years as an Associate, IT Analyst, System Engineer, or a closely related occupation.

Responsibilities

Deliver robust, loosely coupled stack of run-time API / Microservices to facilitate common Wealth Management business processes across multiple channels.
