About The Position

LPL Financial is seeking an enterprise product leader to define and scale agentic approaches to product development. The role turns the potential of AI agents into practical, governed ways of working that help teams move from customer insight to validated outcomes faster. The position owns strategy, roadmap, and adoption of agentic capabilities across the product development lifecycle, partnering with product, design, engineering, business, and control teams to redesign workflows and clarify how people and agents work together. The role will ground development in real product initiatives, prove end-to-end workflows, and establish repeatable practices that help teams test ideas, deliver useful changes, and learn from customers faster with less rework and clear decision accountability. It also leads product managers, supports adoption through training and changes to day-to-day work, and measures outcomes including speed, quality, review effort, rework, adoption, and cost.

Requirements

  • 10 or more years of relevant experience in product management or product development leadership.
  • Experience improving how cross-functional teams discover, build, release, and operate products, with measurable results.
  • Experience implementing AI agents or automation in working processes and improving those capabilities after launch.
  • Experience with customer research, experimentation, software delivery, and the tools that connect these activities.
  • Experience leading teams, driving adoption, and resolving competing priorities across product, design, engineering, business, and control functions.
  • Enterprise product strategy and roadmap leadership.
  • Judgment regarding agent autonomy, evaluation, human review, and technical tradeoffs.
  • Cross-functional influence, change leadership, and adoption.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in financial services or another regulated industry.
  • Experience making build-versus-buy decisions for AI, automation, or product-development platforms.
  • Experience establishing governance for agent permissions, traceability, recovery, and human approval.

Responsibilities

  • Define the enterprise strategy and roadmap for agentic workflows across discovery, research, design, planning, development, testing, release, and ongoing product improvement.
  • Redesign cross-functional workflows by removing unnecessary steps and defining when agents may act independently, collaborate with people, or require human approval.
  • Lead development and integration of capabilities connecting customer evidence, product requirements, designs, code, tests, and production feedback.
  • Partner with teams on real product initiatives to test complete workflows, resolve failures, and establish scalable approaches for other teams to adopt.
  • Evaluate internal and third-party capabilities and make build-versus-buy recommendations based on effectiveness, integration requirements, security, and cost.
  • Establish evaluation, permission, and review requirements with engineering and control partners so agent actions are testable, traceable, and recoverable.
  • Lead product managers and accelerate adoption through practical training, team feedback, and changes to day-to-day working practices.
  • Measure time from idea to validated learning and release, along with quality, review effort, rework, adoption, and cost.
