The GCOE team is the central engine for Workday's go-to-market ecosystem, serving Sales, Solution Consulting, Customer Experience, and Partners. By breaking down organizational silos, GCOE ensures every buyer interaction is powered by a consistent, high-quality foundation of capability. The team’s mission is to transform how this ecosystem learns and performs, measuring success by how quickly knowledge translates into growth. GCOE is currently evolving into an AI-powered, high-velocity enablement supply chain. This function is as integral to Workday’s commercial engine as the products it supports.
