About The Position

Pricefx is the global leader in enterprise pricing intelligence. We help the world’s largest companies find and recover hidden margin, govern pricing decisions at scale, and turn insight into action across every deal, product, and customer. Our product vision is: Every Deal. Priced Right. Every Time. Your mission? Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead our internal AI Center of Excellence, own the internal AI transformation roadmap, embed across all departments, and serve as the connective tissue between Pricefx AI product vision and its internal operating model. This is a hands-on, technically fluent leadership position for someone who can build AI agents and skills, teach others to do the same. You will translate technical execution into tangible EBITDA impact and revenue growth by enabling every leader to achieve theirs through AI.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience spanning management consulting (e.g., BCG, McKinsey, Bain, Deloitte) and enterprise technology leadership
  • VP-level experience leading digital transformation, AI strategy, or business operations at a SaaS or enterprise technology company
  • Demonstrated track record of translating AI and digital initiatives into quantified business outcomes (EBITDA improvement, revenue acceleration, cycle time reduction)
  • Experience operating in or reporting to the Office of the CEO/CXO, with comfort navigating board-level conversations and executive stakeholder management
  • Hands-on ability to build AI agents, skills, and automated workflows using modern AI tools (Claude, GPT, Copilot, or equivalent)
  • Deep understanding of generative AI, agentic AI, LLMs, and how to embed them into enterprise workflows, decision layers, and data systems
  • Fluency in AI governance, responsible AI principles, and the practical frameworks for scaling AI adoption across a multi-function organization
  • Familiarity with modern development and productivity toolchains (SDLC acceleration, knowledge management, workflow automation)
  • Operationally tough, you have the backbone to push back on resistance, hold senior leaders accountable, and drive results in the face of organizational inertia
  • Hard-charging with startup energy, comfortable owning ambiguity, moving fast, and iterating in real time
  • Empathetic change leader, you build trust by understanding how AI affects people’s roles and identities, co-designing the future rather than dictating it

Responsibilities

  • Stand up the AI Center of Excellence infrastructure: governance framework, best practices, training and enablement programs, adoption measurement, and quarterly board reporting
  • Champion a blank-slate redesign approach, every department starts from full automation and identifies where humans add irreplaceable value, rather than incrementally layering AI onto existing processes
  • Operate and partner on a rotating embedded model across all departments, spending dedicated time with each function
  • Build and demonstrate AI agents, skills, and workflows hands-on, then teach teams to build and maintain their own, creating a self-sustaining enablement flywheel
  • Establish clear governance and guidelines for AI use across the company, building trust and transparency in how human-AI collaboration works at Pricefx
  • Move departments from Level 1–2 AI maturity (ad hoc, individual adoption) to Level 3–4 (systematic, governed, scaled) within 12 months
  • Co-design evolving roles with employees and create a culture of intelligent experimentation
  • Serve as Pricefx’s internal “Customer Zero,” ensuring that what we sell to customers, we live internally, strengthening both product quality and commercial credibility
  • Identify cross-functional patterns and compound use cases that no single department would discover on its own
  • Connect internal AI adoption insights back to Product to inform the platform roadmap
