About The Position

The Vice President, Transformation Enablement is a critical enterprise leader responsible for shaping, accelerating, and sustaining the Path to Premier transformation. Serving as a strategic partner to the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO), this role operates as an extension of CTO leadership—amplifying influence, driving clarity, and ensuring disciplined execution across all transformation workstreams. This leader commands deep trust with OCE members, Workstream Sponsors, and senior executives across the organization. By forging alignment, enabling fast and confident decision‑making, and championing the cultural shifts essential to success, the VP becomes the catalyst that turns ambition into accelerated, measurable outcomes. With bold clarity and uncompromising urgency, this leader architects the enterprise change strategy, surfaces the insights that unlock breakthroughs, dismantles barriers to progress, and enforces accountability at every level. The VP shapes high‑stakes, senior‑leader‑ready communications, strengthens governance that accelerates—rather than constrains—movement, and drives strategic initiatives that determine both near‑term wins and the long‑term maturity of our transformation engine.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 15+ years of professional experience; 10+ years leading teams
  • Extensive experience leading large‑scale transformation, change management, strategy, or enterprise program leadership.
  • Experience influencing senior executives and driving cross‑functional alignment.
  • Experience leading teams through ambiguity and evolving priorities.
  • Exceptional strategic and forward‑thinking capabilities; able to anticipate issues and design creative, practical solutions
  • Highly skilled at simplifying complex topics into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships at the highest levels
  • Advanced problem‑solving, facilitation, and synthesis skills
  • Ability to lead with clarity in ambiguous, fast‑paced, evolving environments
  • Strong team leadership and integration capabilities
  • Must be able to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Builds and executes the enterprise-wide change strategy for Path to Premier, taking a strategic, forward‑looking view of transformation challenges and designing creative, practical solutions to drive sustained business and cultural change.
  • Builds and maintains high‑trust, high‑impact relationships with OCE members, enabling open dialogue, alignment around priorities, and accelerated decision‑making.
  • Serves as a strategic advisor to Workstream Sponsors, helping resolve barriers, strengthen cross‑functional coordination, and reinforce enterprise accountability.
  • Acts as a credible, influential voice representing the CTO in key conversations and forums.
  • Supports the design and evolution of future transformation cycles to ensure the operating model continues to deliver meaningful business value and supports long‑term sustainability.
  • Serves as a strategic thought partner to the CTO, supporting complex problem solving, mastering Path to Premier governance, guiding initiative content, and shaping the strategic direction of transformation work.
  • Sets agendas and develops high‑quality, executive‑ready materials (in partnership with an analyst) for key Path to Premier meetings, including Top 400, OCE, Board meetings, and other senior forums.
  • Drives content‑specific problem solving and performance manages Workstream Leaders and Initiative Owners, ensuring timely delivery, resolving barriers, and reinforcing accountability.
  • Synthesizes complex information into actionable insights and recommendations, enabling senior leaders to make informed decisions and advance transformation goals.
  • Leads or supports high‑priority strategic projects and special initiatives, including transformation workshops, enterprise planning, and other critical Path to Premier programs.
