Vice President - Digital Transformation
About The Position
Agivant Technologies is seeking an innovative and results-driven Vice President - Digital Transformation to lead complex, large-scale technology and digital modernization initiatives for our enterprise clients. In this strategic, billable leadership role, you will bridge the gap between emerging technologies and client business objectives, acting as the senior-most client partner and technical strategist for high-value engagements. You will lead the enablement and integration of cutting-edge client solutions—specifically focusing on Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and advanced cloud infrastructures. The ideal candidate possesses strong business and financial acumen, deep technical expertise in modern IT architectures, and the executive presence to guide client leadership, cross-functional engineering teams, and partner ecosystems.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience within the IT services or consulting industry, with a proven track record of managing billable transformation programs and complex client relationships.
- Deep foundational knowledge of modern systems design, scalable cloud infrastructure, and AI/automation frameworks.
- Strong financial understanding (P&L management, gross profit, and EBITDA) with experience managing budgets and demonstrating the ROI of technology investments.
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead globally dispersed, cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced technical degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-stakes digital transformation and AI-first engagements, ensuring successful delivery and high realization of client business objectives and fiscal targets.
- Champion the adoption of Agentic AI and intelligent automation capabilities into clients' core operational and technical architectures.
- Serve as the primary trusted advisor to C-level executives and key stakeholders at client organizations throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Oversee the scoping, solution architecture, and execution of client projects, ensuring alignment with modern IT services and consulting standards.
- Drive the modernization of complex enterprise applications, including Salesforce Revenue Cloud and advanced CPQ integrations.
- Ensure all engagements meet strict profitability, gross margin, and EBITDA metrics while maintaining high standards of technical quality.
- Manage strategic technology and solution partnerships, integrating ecosystem partners (e.g., TigerGraph) into client-facing solution designs.
- Collaborate with partner organizations to drive go-to-market initiatives and establish client-facing Centers of Excellence.
- Mentor and lead project delivery teams, fostering an innovative, consultative culture focused on cutting-edge technology.
- Define and implement upskilling initiatives to keep delivery teams at the forefront of modern systems design and AI engineering.
