The Opportunity We are building the next chapter of our business’s growth—and digital is at the center of it. As Vice President of Digital Marketing, you will own and shape the end‑to‑end digital growth engine for SS&C Intralinks. You will set the strategy, lead execution, and scale the capabilities that drive demand, accelerate pipeline, and deliver exceptional digital buying experiences across the full customer lifecycle. This is a high‑impact leadership role with significant investment, executive visibility, and mandate. You will modernize and expand our digital marketing ecosystem, integrate AI‑powered capabilities, and create a cohesive, measurable digital buyer journey that fuels durable revenue growth worldwide. Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing leadership, with significant SaaS and B2B experience (fintech a strong plus).
  • Proven success building and scaling full‑funnel digital programs in complex, high‑value buying environments.
  • Deep expertise across: Marketing automation & lifecycle marketing, Web strategy & conversion optimization, Paid media & performance marketing, SEO and emerging AI‑optimized discovery (AIO), Martech, data, and analytics.
  • Experience leading teams through modernization and transformation, not just optimization.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution instincts—comfortable operating at both altitude and ground level.
  • Highly analytical, commercially minded, and outcome‑oriented.
  • Confident partner to Sales, Product, RevOps, and the executive team.
  • Builder’s mindset: energized by scale, complexity, and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Set the Digital Growth Vision: Define and execute a comprehensive global digital marketing strategy aligned to revenue, pipeline, and customer growth goals.
  • Architect and continuously optimize a full‑funnel digital buyer journey, from anonymous engagement through conversion, purchase, expansion, and advocacy.
  • Act as the executive owner of digital strategy with the CMO, CRO, Product, and Sales leaders.
  • Build and Scale World‑Class Capabilities: Lead marketing operations, automation, and martech, ensuring scalable, integrated, and future‑ready systems.
  • Establish best practices for lead management, funnel orchestration, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Drive Performance Marketing Excellence: Oversee paid media strategy and execution across search, programmatic, social, ABM, retargeting, and emerging channels.
  • Own SEO and AIO strategy, optimizing for both traditional search and AI‑driven discovery experiences.
  • Partner with product marketing and content teams to ensure message‑market fit across all digital touchpoints.
  • Elevate Web as a Revenue Engine: Transform the website into a high‑performing growth platform, optimized for conversion, engagement, and buyer self‑service.
  • Lead CRO, experimentation, and personalization programs informed by behavioral and intent data.
  • Ensure world‑class UX that reflects enterprise credibility, trust, and clarity.
  • Data, Measurement, and Business Impact: Build a data‑driven operating model with clear dashboards, attribution, and ROI measurement.
  • Connect digital performance to revenue outcomes (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, bookings, CAC, LTV).
  • Use insights to inform investment allocation and continuous optimization.
  • Lead, Inspire, and Attract Top Talent: Build and mentor a high‑performing global digital team.
  • Set a high bar for excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Be a visible leader who elevates digital marketing as a strategic growth lever.
