You own commercial performance for Ayming Canada (the number, the team, and the marketing engine that feeds it), executing the existing strategy and building the Canadian marketing function in partnership with Group. This role involves defining and executing the national Sales & Marketing strategy, identifying new revenue streams, driving performance through data-driven decision-making, and leading a team of Sales Directors. You will also own and lead the go-to-market strategy across various marketing initiatives, build and scale marketing processes, and establish strategic referral partnerships. Collaboration with Consulting, Operations, Finance, and Group Marketing/Commercial leadership is essential. The role requires a strong leadership presence and the ability to operate effectively in technical, regulatory, or compliance-driven environments.
