About The Position

Booking Holdings is seeking a Vice President of FP&A to play a critical role in the successful execution of its B2B activities and to lead this division from an FP&A perspective. The FP&A team will be central to the organization, actively involved in all major strategic decisions. As a direct report to the B2B CFO, this individual will be an integral part of the team responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and managing the new division’s full P&L, while also serving as a strategic financial business partner throughout the organization. This role is eligible for a hybrid work model, requiring two days in the office.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of related professional experience.
  • FP&A experience required.
  • Minimum 5 years in a management position.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a competitive program.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and natural curiosity regarding financial metrics and key business drivers.
  • Sharp communication skills and executive presence.
  • Heavy Excel experience.
  • Strong financial modeling skills.
  • Experienced in creating 'C-level' presentations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication skills.
  • Team player with a “no task is too small” attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, coordinate the efforts of others and work well with people at a wide range of levels.
  • Unquestionable integrity and ethics is essential.

Nice To Haves

  • Investment banking or management consulting background is a plus.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Experience with carve-outs preferred.
  • Experience with Anaplan or other planning tools is a plus.
  • Experience with tools such as OneStream, Hyperion/HFM, Essbase and Tableau are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of financial strategies to enable growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with teams across our portfolio of brands and enable the carve out of existing B2B businesses into a consolidated unit.
  • Serve as a key partner to the CFO and CEO across a wide range of finance responsibilities.
  • Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and quarterly forecasting activities across the division.
  • Lead the monthly financial review process and board content creation process, integrating financial results with business performance storytelling.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders on business case development and scenario modeling.
  • Manage recurring and ad hoc requests from our leadership team and our corporate parent, Booking Holdings.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards that monitor enterprise financial and operational performance.
  • Synthesize and communicate key financial and business insights at an executive level.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, and risk/compliance authorities to ensure financial and operational adherence as required.
  • Lead a high-performing and engaged team with the highest ethical standards.
