About The Position
The Vice President/Chief Operating Office for First Physicians Group (FPG) will have oversight for all matters related to overall medical group performance, inclusive of operational, clinical, financial metrics, growth, and services. This leader is responsible for strategic development and execution of ambulatory care as well as active engagement in driving the strategy, growth, and alignment of internal and external physician relationships within and across the medical group and health system. This leader will work partnering directly with physicians, medical directors, acute care leaders and health system executives to drive strategic and operational goals.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field.
- Ten (10) years of senior leadership experience in a healthcare setting with specific experience in managing ambulatory services, service lines, integrated delivery systems (IDS), and physician practices.

- Proficiency in computer software programs, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, practice management software, Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Outlook.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions in high-pressure situations.
