The VP of Brand Marketing will be responsible for leading teams to develop and execute marketing plans to achieve both short and long-term strategic and financial objectives with a single cohesive consumer experience across Retail, eCommerce, and Professional channels. In this role the VP of Brand Marketing will directly lead the full fix of marketing activities across all media channels – paid, earned, and owned – and be responsible for the development and management of all brand building activities. They will also be a key owner of delivering the U.S. GUM business with responsibility for setting brand and business strategy, tracking business performance, identifying areas for improvement, and executing accordingly. The VP of Brand Marketing will have ownership of the eCommerce business and lead efforts to integrate sustainability into the messaging, products, and equity of the GUM brand. As the Brand Marketing leader, you will partner closely across key cross functional groups in addition to leading the collaboration with global counterparts within the broader marketing organization.
