About The Position
We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Full-Time Veterinary Technician to join our team and work closely with our in-house and traveling veterinarians. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who enjoys being hands-on, thinks independently, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in providing exceptional care to every patient and client. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced veterinarians, expand your skills, and play an important role in delivering outstanding patient care. From anesthesia and surgery to in-clinic appointments and traveling veterinary services, this position offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a real difference.
Requirements
- Experienced Veterinary Technician
- Strong anesthesia and surgical monitoring skills
- Confident with anesthetic protocols, induction, intubation, monitoring, and recovery
- Ability to recognize changes in a patient's condition and respond quickly and appropriately
- Comfortable placing IV catheters, drawing blood, administering medications, and monitoring patients
- Excellent technical, nursing, and patient-care skills
- Works well independently and as part of a veterinary team
- Organized, dependable, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and genuinely cares about patients and their owners
- Enjoys variety and is excited to assist veterinarians with both in-clinic appointments and house calls
- Excellent communication and client-service skills
- Takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, safe, and efficient clinical environment
- Veterinary Technician experience required

Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional nursing and patient care
- Preparing patients for medical procedures and surgery
- Monitoring anesthesia before, during, and after procedures
- Assisting veterinarians with surgical and medical procedures
- Placing IV catheters and managing fluid therapy
- Administering medications and treatments
- Performing laboratory work and diagnostic procedures
- Monitoring patients throughout recovery
- Maintaining accurate and thorough medical records
- Preparing, cleaning, and maintaining surgical and anesthesia equipment
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment
- Assisting our traveling veterinarian with house calls as needed
- Building trusting relationships with clients and their pets
- Providing clear and compassionate client education
