Responsibilities

Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, surgeries, and medical procedures
Obtain patient histories, vital signs, and accurate medical records
Perform venipuncture, laboratory sample collection, and in-house diagnostic testing
Monitor hospitalized patients and provide compassionate nursing care
Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed
Support anesthesia monitoring and surgical procedures
Educate clients on preventative healthcare, medications, and treatment recommendations
Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients and teammates
Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient hospital environment
