About The Position

Bond Vet is dedicated to strengthening the human-animal bond through superior pet care, offering primary and urgent care services. Their clinics are designed to be welcoming and pet-friendly, while also integrating advanced technology developed in-house to enhance the experience for veterinary teams, pets, and clients. Following a merger with Small Door Veterinary in July 2026, the combined organization will operate over 55 clinics across major markets in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest, serving a significant pet population. This role is crucial in advancing the company's mission to revolutionize veterinary care.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience as a veterinary technician
• Independent, unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Must not require sponsorship for employment-based visas.
• Cannot facilitate F-1 visa STEM OPT for this position.

Nice To Haves

• CVT, RVT, LVT, or LVMT preferred
• Newly licensed technicians encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Patient handling and husbandry
• Client education and partnership
• Surgical and dental nursing, including anesthesia management
• Diagnostic management and medication administration
• Emergency triage and response
• Detailed medical record keeping
• Run appointments alongside assistants
• Collaborate with veterinarians and nurses across the region
• Participate in monthly educational events
• Use innovative technology — including AI-assisted tools and the Apple Vision Pro — that reduce administrative burden and enhance patient care.
