About The Position

BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Technician Supervisor to lead, motivate, engage, train, and mentor a team of veterinary professionals. The position calls for advanced veterinary skills, strong communication, time-management, and organizational abilities. The supervisor works with hospital leadership and supports staff development, workplace communication, and performance improvement. The role offers a dynamic work environment, exposure to varied medical cases, and career development opportunities. Pay is $27–$40 per hour, with the starting point depending on experience and advancement through the company’s leveling system.

Responsibilities

• Mentor lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills, and business knowledge.
• Coach team members to anticipate and address patient and client needs and to seek help with escalated or stressful situations.
• Work with hospital leadership to organize technician and assistant meetings.
• Organize training schedules for technician staff.
• Identify workplace conflicts and seek assistance in resolving them.
• Provide feedback and leadership, and work to develop performance improvement plans.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
