About The Position

Vetcor is seeking a Veterinary Regional Manager to support a network of veterinary hospitals across Western Pennsylvania, primarily in the Pittsburgh area. This role involves partnering with hospital leaders to guide daily operations, support short- and long-term goals, and foster engaged, high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, highly organized, and compassionate leader responsible for approximately 20 veterinary practices. The position emphasizes operational excellence, team development, client satisfaction, practice growth, community engagement, employee engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and project leadership. The role requires multi-site management experience within veterinary medicine and strong communication skills to build trust and partnerships across multiple hospitals. The candidate should be passionate about animal health, client service, and team success, contributing to Vetcor's mission and operational excellence.

Requirements

Multi-site management experience required within veterinary medicine
A highly motivated, agile, and organized leader who can inspire and influence diverse teams

Responsibilities

Supporting local leaders in daily operations, leadership, and administrative duties
Overseeing recruitment, training, and retention of veterinarians, support staff, and hospital managers
Enhancing client service, loyalty, and satisfaction across practices
Supporting financial stability and growth for each hospital
Promoting local marketing efforts and online reputation management
Building positive work environments that support morale and engagement
Partnering with HR, legal, finance, acquisitions, payroll, recruiting, and other support teams
Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual initiatives
