About The Position

Vetcor is seeking a Veterinary Regional Manager to support its network of veterinary hospitals across Western Pennsylvania, primarily in the Pittsburgh area. This role involves building strong hospital partnerships, fostering engaged teams, and advancing exceptional veterinary care. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, highly organized, and compassionate leader responsible for supporting approximately 20 veterinary practices. The role requires partnering with hospital leaders to guide daily operations, support short- and long-term goals, and ensure operational excellence, team development, client satisfaction, practice growth, community engagement, employee engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. The Regional Manager will also lead various initiatives and projects.

Requirements

Multi-site management experience required within veterinary medicine
A highly motivated, agile, and organized leader who can inspire and influence diverse teams
Strong communicator with the ability to build trust and partnerships across multiple hospitals
Passionate about supporting Vetcor’s mission and contributing to growth and operational excellence

Responsibilities

Supporting local leaders in daily operations, leadership, and administrative duties
Overseeing recruitment, training, and retention of veterinarians, support staff, and hospital managers
Enhancing client service, loyalty, and satisfaction across practices
Supporting financial stability and growth for each hospital
Promoting local marketing efforts and online reputation management
Building positive work environments that support morale and engagement
Partnering with HR, legal, finance, acquisitions, payroll, recruiting, and other support teams
Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual initiatives
