Responsibilities

Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with their questions and needs
Schedule and coordinate appointments for a busy multi-doctor practice
Check clients and patients in and out efficiently and accurately
Maintain accurate client and patient information
Process payments and support front-desk transactions
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding hospital services and procedures
Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and fellow receptionists to support an efficient daily workflow
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Provide exceptional customer service throughout every client interaction
