Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
- Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service.
- Schedule appointments and help coordinate an efficient daily workflow.
- Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate client and patient information.
- Process invoices and collect payments accurately.
- Educate clients about hospital services, policies, and next steps.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Document client communications and update patient information appropriately.
- Work closely with doctors and teammates to create an exceptional client experience.
- Support daily front-desk and hospital operations wherever needed.
