Requirements

A passion for animals and exceptional customer service
Strong communication and organizational skills
The ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
A compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented approach
Previous customer service experience
Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Nice To Haves

Veterinary clinic, animal hospital, or animal care experience is preferred but not required
Experience with scheduling software is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Greet and check in clients and their pets
Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
Schedule appointments and maintain accurate client and patient records
Process payments and assist with front-office transactions
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Support veterinarians and the veterinary team with administrative tasks
Help create a positive and efficient experience for every client who visits or contacts the hospital
