Requirements

  • Previous animal-care or veterinary experience is required

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, compassionate service to clients and their pets
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to client questions and inquiries
  • Schedule and manage veterinary appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Welcome clients and patients and provide a positive front-desk experience
  • Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate client and patient information
  • Process payments and assist with client accounts
  • Communicate effectively with veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and other team members
  • Help coordinate communication between the front desk and medical team
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
  • Assist with daily front-office operations and administrative duties as needed
  • Protect client confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and compassion even during busy or challenging situations
