Responsibilities

Welcome clients and patients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism
Answer incoming calls and help clients with questions and appointment needs
Schedule appointments and help maintain an organized daily hospital workflow
Check clients and patients in and out efficiently
Maintain accurate client and patient information
Process payments and support front-desk transactions
Listen carefully to client concerns and communicate important information to the veterinary team
Provide compassionate support to clients throughout their pets' visits
Collaborate with doctors, technicians, assistants, and fellow reception team members
Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional reception area
Help create an exceptional experience for every pet and person who walks through our doors
