Responsibilities

Welcome clients and help create a positive experience from arrival through departure
Help clients schedule and manage veterinary appointments
Answer client questions and help connect them with the information they need
Maintain clear and timely communication with clients
Collaborate closely with fellow receptionists, veterinary technicians, veterinarians, and other team members
Help coordinate client needs and scheduling to support an efficient hospital workflow
Provide attentive, compassionate, and professional client service
Pay close attention to details while managing multiple responsibilities
Help resolve client concerns with patience, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach
Pitch in wherever needed to support teammates and the overall client experience
