Requirements
- Genuine enthusiasm for helping people.
- Prior client service or reception experience.
- A passion for animals and their owners.
- Sharp attention to detail (accuracy in scheduling, records, and payments).
- Excellent communication skills (in person, phone, and writing).
- Ability to stay calm, kind, and empathetic with anxious or emotional clients.
- High energy and a proactive 'how can I help?' attitude.
- Tech-savvy enough to manage multiple software systems and paperless workflows.
- Punctual, dependable, and comfortable with potential dog drool.
- Clean driving record (for occasional driving of company vehicle).

Responsibilities
- Answer the phone, listen, reassure, educate, and connect clients with the help they need.
- Greet clients warmly, manage smooth check-ins, and provide genuine care.
- Book appointments accurately, manage the daily schedule flow, and coordinate with doctors and clients.
- Process payments, maintain accurate medical records, and ensure documentation is complete.
- Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and welcoming.
- Occasionally drive a company vehicle (requires a clean driving record).
- Pass the Med Clerk exam within 30 days of hire.
