About The Position

Ross Bay Animal Hospital is seeking a casual part-time Veterinary Reception, Client Care professional to join their team. This role is a crucial support position for the entire hospital, requiring an organized, motivated, and empathetic individual. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, greeting them upon arrival and assisting them as they leave. Requirements

• Administrative experience
• Good computer skills (or a willingness to learn)
• A love of pets and their people
• A positive attitude

• Familiarity with cash handling
• Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients as they walk through the door
