The successful candidate will have a strong interest in the diagnosis and medical and radiation therapy treatment of complex cancer conditions in primarily dogs, cats, and exotics. This role involves providing superior patient care by utilizing advanced imaging, radiation therapy equipment, and diagnostic technologies, while collaborating with numerous other specialty services. Clinical duties include supervision of patient and client care for patients presented to the oncology and radiation oncology services. The position also involves teaching veterinary students, interns, and residents, and participating in weekly didactic resident training, including journal clubs and daily student case rounds.
