About The Position

United Health Services (UHS) is seeking a board certified/eligible Radiation Oncologist to join their ACRO accredited practice. This is a busy, well-established practice with a strong commitment to patient experience, teamwork, and continuous process improvement. The role involves utilizing advanced technology such as Elekta Synergy and Varian True Beam, with on-site CT Simulation and Planning. The Oncology Service Line offers integrated support services including nurse navigation, social work, and nutritional counseling. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical and interpersonal skills, be a team player, and have opportunities for teaching residents and medical students, as well as participating in clinical research.

Requirements

Board certified or eligible.
Completed an ACGME accredited Residency Program.
Excellent clinical skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provide radiation oncology services.
Utilize Elekta Synergy and Varian True Beam technology.
Participate in CT Simulation and Planning.
Collaborate with integrated nurse navigation, social work, and nutritional counseling.
Teach residents and medical students from Upstate Medical University.
Participate in clinical research.
