Petco is a category-defining health and wellness company focused on improving the lives of pets, pet parents and Petco partners. They operate 1,500+ pet care centers, including 250+ Vetco Total Care hospitals. The purpose of this position is to provide excellent customer care to Petco's full-service Vetco Total Care hospital clients. The Concierge (Receptionist) represents the mission and values, typically being the first and last person a client encounters. This role is responsible for fostering cohesion and motivation within the practice, ensuring patient needs come first, creating exceptional customer and patient experiences, resolving contentious issues, and promoting teamwork. The Concierge plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the hospital and optimizing workflow, which includes managing appointments and communicating with clients about potential delays. This position is critical for ensuring optimal first and last impressions of the facility and staff.
