About The Position

Spot On Veterinary is hiring a Veterinary Receptionist (Client Services Representative) to join our team at our 16,000 sq ft modern veterinary hospital located on the border of Old Greenwich and Stamford. The front desk is the heartbeat of our hospital—and this role sets the tone for every client and patient experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients—delivering a calm, organized, and welcoming experience from arrival through checkout.

Requirements

  • Veterinary reception or animal care experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills with a calm, professional demeanor
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident multitasker with attention to detail
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and client-focused

Responsibilities

  • Greeting clients and patients in person, by phone, and email
  • Scheduling appointments and managing daily workflow
  • Triaging client questions and communicating with the veterinary team
  • Handling check-ins, checkouts, and billing accurately
  • Supporting client communication, front desk operations, and administrative tasks
  • Keeping the reception area organized and client-ready
