Mueller Veterinary Services is hiring a Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join their welcoming hospital team. This is a part-time position at a 5-doctor mixed animal practice that is compassionate, caring, and devoted to providing individualized care for clients and patients. Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple phone lines professionally and efficiently
  • Schedule appointments and assist clients with questions
  • Greet clients and patients warmly
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Help maintain a clean and comfortable reception area
  • Support clients and patients with exceptional customer service
  • Assist the veterinary team with daily front desk operations
