About The Position
Mueller Veterinary Services is hiring a Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join their welcoming hospital team. This is a part-time position at a 5-doctor mixed animal practice that is compassionate, caring, and devoted to providing individualized care for clients and patients. The team is passionate about their work, close-knit, and has created a family-like atmosphere with an enjoyable work environment where teamwork and support are part of everyday life. They are dedicated to their patients, clients, and community.
Requirements

- Animal health knowledge preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple phone lines professionally and efficiently
- Schedule appointments and assist clients with questions
- Greet clients and patients warmly
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Help maintain a clean and comfortable reception area
- Support clients and patients with exceptional customer service
- Assist the veterinary team with daily front desk operations
