About The Position

Atlantic Veterinary Internal Medicine & Oncology in Hunt Valley, MD is hiring a full- time Customer Service Representative to join our outstanding team! This role involves providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment, supporting specialists in internal medicine and medical oncology. Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist setting
  • Demonstrated excellence communication skills
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in the role.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
  • Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook email.
  • Proficient in managing multi-line phone systems for efficient communication.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of EzyVet and Smartflow software platforms is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the veterinary industry is preferred.
