Join Our Team at VESH as a Customer Service Representative (Client Liaison)! Are you passionate about animals and have a knack for excellent customer service? We are seeking a Client Liaison to join our dedicated team at VESH – South Deerfield! VESH supports primary care veterinarians with the evaluation and treatment of pets affected by trauma, chronic issues, serious illness, or unusual disorders requiring advanced training along with providing critical & emergency pet care. We offer a variety of specialty services including Advanced Imaging (CT), Internal Medicine, Surgery, and of course Emergency and Critical Care. Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact with clients, responding to inquiries in a warm, friendly, and confident manner.
  • Promote our culture of excellence and commitment to high-quality customer service and patient care.
  • Manage the client's journey, from gathering accurate client/patient information to invoicing.
  • Ensure clients fully understand their pet's situation and associated charges.
  • Escalate calls to medical staff to help determine the appropriate course of action.
  • Coordinate triage for walk-in patients by calling nursing staff for evaluations.
  • Hand off patients to nursing staff calmly and confidently.
  • Serve as the central contact between clients, medical, and management teams.
  • Direct information and inquiries to appropriate personnel.
  • Handle RDVM callbacks, faxes, and inquiries.
  • Oversee reception area operations, including financial transactions and medical recordkeeping.
