About The Position

This role involves facilitating member appointments, working closely with technology, and acting as a liaison between the in-clinic team and clients. The position also requires ensuring clinic cleanliness, staying active with moving and lifting packages, and identifying local marketing opportunities to drive regional membership growth. The individual will partner with the marketing team to implement local marketing efforts, including flyering, facilitating local partnerships, and representing the company at community events. Additionally, the role requires acting as a brand ambassador and implementing local marketing efforts to grow the clinic membership base as needed. The position emphasizes living and modeling the company's cultural vision by encouraging work/life balance, self-compassion, and a blame- and judgment-free work environment.

• Must be in current position at least nine (9) months and be in good standing.
• Good standing is defined as not being on any active corrective action or having an in-progress performance improvement plan (PIP).
• The nine-month waiting requirement may be waived and exception will be made by the Hiring Manager for the position.
